About the event

Hybrid work is becoming the ‘new normal’ in our post-Covid world. It is a workplace expectation for employees but can be challenging for managers. It’s hard to find the balance between remote and in-person work that works for everyone. Managers find it particularly challenging to maintain productivity for themselves, their teams and their organizations, while ensuring that communication is flowing freely between all team members.

In this two-hour Spotlight Master Class, executive facilitator Dasee Berkowitz and systems coaching expert Pearl Mattenson will guide managers to identify where they are stuck, introduce a framework that brings clarity to the team’s workflow, and help managers advocate for policies that will lead to more energizing work environments.

At the end of the two-hour session, you will be able to:

  • Apply tools to analyze your own team’s effectiveness in a hybrid setting
  • Strengthen your peer network through a work-specific consultation
  • Take away concrete ideas for maximizing efficiency in Hybrid Work
  • Design work plans for yourself and your team with more intentionality

The session is ideal for mid-level managers who supervise teams of two or more people and want to maximize their team's productivity on the job. It is also for HR professionals and other individuals who are looking for ways to navigate the complexity of hybrid work.

*As with all JPro Master Classes, this Spotlight is designed to be interactive. Participants will get a lot more out of it with their full presence and willingness to engage with the material. It is not designed to be a “listen-only” session.
