ABOUT
Helping teams meet each other with greater curiosity and reconnect to the purpose that guides their work.
I create thoughtful spaces where teams can slow down, notice the strengths already in the room, and reconnect with the values that help a group move forward.
Through coaching and facilitation, I support teams in naming what needs attention and clarifying the expectations that make working together healthier and more effective. As honesty grows, so does the team’s capacity to collaborate with ease and intentionally shape the culture they want.

SERVICES
Support for leaders and teams through coaching, retreats, and workshops.
Work together may take different forms depending on your needs. Some engagements involve ongoing coaching for leaders or small teams. Others are time-bound, such as seasonal retreats or interactive workshops. Each offering is designed around your goals, the size of your team, and the kind of support that will be most useful right now.
I Believe
Open communication makes teams stronger.
I help people name what is hard to say with warmth and care so that your team can explore hard moments without blame and move toward healthier patterns.
Values matter most when they become actions
Many teams hold beautiful values that never make it into daily behavior. I help you translate those values into habits you can practice and rely on.
Every person carries a touch of genius.
I look for the wisdom already present in your team. When each person sees that their insight matters, collaboration becomes more generous and creative.
Safe spaces make honest work possible.
I create spaces where people can speak truthfully without fear of blame or fallout. When teams feel psychologically safe, honesty stops feeling risky and starts feeling relieving.

CLIENT REFLECTIONS
Hi there, I’m Dasee
My path into this work began long before I knew what facilitation or coaching even were. I’ve always been the person people turn to when something feels tender or tangled, someone who can listen for the meaning beneath the words and help name what matters most. That instinct grew through years in education and spiritual leadership, where I learned how powerful it can be when people feel seen and heard.
What I bring to teams today is shaped by all of that: a deep belief that every person carries a touch of genius and a commitment to values as lived behaviors. My training in executive facilitation from Georgetown University and in Coaching from the Adler Institute gave me the structure to pair intuition with practical tools, so I can hold the emotional landscape and deliver the concrete outcomes your team needs.
